Human Resource Officer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure the recruitment and selection process is adhered to and that all the relevant assessment are carried out correctly.
  • Manage HR administration such as employment letter, staff files and contracts.iii) Promote a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement.
  • Manage the documentation process of new employees

REQUIREMENT

  • HND/B.SC in Business administration/Human Resources or any related field.
  • 1-3 years of HR Generalist experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, iv) Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Job Location: Lagos

Salary Range: N100,000 – N150,000

Auditor /Internal Control Officer

JOB LOCATION: Fadeyi & Amuwo, Lagos

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensuring compliance monitoring with company policies and regulatory requirement.
  • Participate in the review of applications and processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations on business risks and strategies for improving operational efficiencies.
  • Identify potential loopholes in processes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost reduction strategies.
  • Prepare daily , weekly and monthly reports.

REQUIREMENT

  • Candidates should possess a BSC/HND in Accounting, Economics or any related filed .
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience .
  • Proficient in computer ( MS, EXCEL and any relevant accounting package).

Salary Range: N100,000 – N150,000

Cargo/Logistics Officer

JOB POSITION OVERVIEW :

Cargo/ Logistics  Officer will be responsible for managing the flow of shipments with our hub, ensuring efficient handling, storage , and dispatch of parcels. The role requires a detailed -oriented individual who can adhere to Standard Operating Procedure and effectively coordinate logistics activities.

JOB LOCATIONLagos ( Jibowu & Fadeyi), Abuja ( Utako & Katampe) 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive shipment parcels from from other hubs and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Assess waybill shipments received for accuracy and completeness.
  • Organize and store waybill shipment in accordance with established protocols.
  • Plan and coordinate the dispatch of waybill shipments to their respective destinations.
  • Supervise and coordinate the loading process at the loading bay to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Update record of waybill shipments received into the hub and manage the allotment of shipment.

REQUIREMENT

  • BSC/HND in any discipline .
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics or cargo handling  industry.
  • Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft suite.

Salary Range: N80,000 – N100,000
