Mallam Mele Kyari, the Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO) of Nigeria National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL), has been urged by a group of young people from the north known as Arewa Youths Initiative For Energy Reforms (AYIFER) to do everything in his power to ensure that the Kaduna Refinery is delivered on schedule and in good condition.
