Lady Gaga Dragged To Court For ‘Logo Theft’ On Her ‘Mayhem’ Album Cover

American pop icon Lady Gaga is currently embroiled in a legal dispute with surfboard manufacturer Lost International, which alleges that she has replicated its Mayhem logo for her latest album.
Lost International, which has been marketing products under the Mayhem brand for more than ten years, asserts that the design of Gaga’s album closely resembles its logo.
Court filings indicate that Lost International reached out to Gaga—whose birth name is Stefani Germanotta—regarding their concerns prior to the album’s launch. Nevertheless, the company claims that she disregarded their objections and proceeded to utilize the logo.
