Gov Okpebholo Sends Names of 6 Commissioner Nominees To Edo Assembly For Confirmation
Edo State Governor, Senator Monday Okpebholo has nominated six (6) persons to become commissioners and forwarded their names to the State House of Assembly for screening and confirmation.
The names of the commissioner designates were contained in a letter addressed to the speaker of the house by the Secretary to the State Government, Barr. Umar Musa khilor.

1. Barr. Marie Olabisi Idaomi
2. Dr. Paddy Iyamu
3. Hon. Paul Ohonbamu
4. Hon. Washington Osifo
5. Sir Lucky Eseigbe
6. Andrew Ijegbai
The nominees are expected to be screened on a yet to be fixed date by the PDP-dominated house of assembly with all members seemingly loyal to the new Governor.
Didactic Information Hut recalls that Gov Okpebholo had earlier two commissioners for health and finance, and 20 special advisers.
