Cult Clash Didn’t Claim Any Student’s Life – Uniport
The Management of the University of Port Harcourt, Uniport, has insisted that students were not killed or injured during a cult clash in the Abuja campus of the institution on Wednesday.
Didactic Information Hut gathered that a cult clash at the university between two factions of the Vikings Confraternity over leadership positions within the group left one student severely injured and three others apprehended.
The injured student is currently hospitalized.
Meanwhile, in a reaction on the incident in a press statement, the Head of Information and Public Relations, Sam Kpenu, stated that contrary to reports, the university’s management, security unit, and the anti-cultism unit of the Nigeria Police quickly intervened, preventing any disruption.
