Asake & Ayra Starr Named Nigeria’s Top Male & Female Artist Of 2024
Grammy-nominated Ayra Starr has been crowned the No. 1 female artist in Nigeria for 2024 just as another Grammy-nominated sensation Asake also got recognized as Nigeria’s top-selling artist for 2024.
These were announced by TurnTable in its annual end-of-year chart, which is an aggregation of streaming data, radio, and TV airplay.
According to TurnTable, Ayra Starr, at just 22 years old, secured her position as the most commercially successful female artist in the country last year just as Asake becomes the first Nigerian artist to secure the top spot for three consecutive years.
