Sinoma Nigeria Company Limited, a subsidiary of CBMI Construction Co., Ltd, mainly responsible for project management and services in the Federal Republic of Nigeria and West Africa, is recruiting to fill the position of an Administrative Assistant in Abuja (FCT) for a full time opportunity.
Job Summary
- We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the management team.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist with travel arrangements
- Perform data entry and update records as required.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Perform general office duties, including filing, copying, and scanning.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with office management software or tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Trello).
- Previous experience in a similar industry or environment is an advantage.
Salary
N120,000 – N140,000 Monthly.
