2024 SSCE External Exam Results Released By NECO

The National Examination Council (NECO) has officially announced the results for the 2024 Senior Secondary School Certificate External Examination.
Professor Dantani Wushishi, the Registrar and Chief Executive of the Council, reported that 57,114 candidates achieved credits in both English and Mathematics, resulting in a pass rate of 67.53%.
Out of a total of 86,067 candidates who participated in the examination, there was a marked decline in instances of malpractice.
The number of candidates involved in various malpractice activities fell by 27.7% compared to the previous year, with a total of 6,160 cases documented.
The results were made available just 62 days following the conclusion of the final examination, indicating a significant enhancement in the council’s processing efficiency.
