40 Persons Die In A Vehicle Accident In Kaduna
No fewer than 40 persons including children Reportedly lost their lives on Sunday in an accident in Kaduna State.
Didactic Information Hut gathered that the incident occurred on Sunday when a J5 bus carrying children to celebrate Eid-el-Maulud lost control due to overspeeding and overloading, colliding with an articulated vehicle along Saminaka Road in Lere Local Government Area.
Reacting to the sad incident, Kaduna State Governor, Uba Sani, expressed shock and deep sorrow, offering condolences to the victims’ families.
Gov Sani further directed the state Commissioner for Health to ensure that the surviving children receive urgent and comprehensive medical care.
