PDP Crisis Is Over, We Have Reverted To Status Quo – Gov Mohammed

The Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party Governors Forum and Governor of Bauchi State, Bala Mohammed, said that the crisis rocking the Party is over and the Party has Reverted to status quo.
Gov Muhammed who disclosed this on Tuesday when journalists approached him at the Private Wing of Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja, said the settlement followed the intervention of the Governors elected on the platform of the Party.
Didactic Information Hut recalls that NWC of the PDP had divided into factions with suspension and Counter suspension.
But Gov Muhammed, “The crisis is over. The governors, Board of Trustees, and other organs have resolved that the NWC should revert to the status quo. They are now united.”
The Governor who was accompanied by the acting National Chairman, Umar Damagum, while travelling to Ondo State for a PDP gubernatorial campaign rally, also added that suspensions from both factions had been lifted.
Confirming the return of peace to the Party, Damagum simply said, “The party is united, and no members of the NWC left before.”
