No Single Individual Spokesperson For Tinubu Administration – Presidency

The Presidency says there is no single individual spekesperson for the administration of President Bola Tinubu.
Bayo Onanuga, the President’s Media Aide on Information and Strategy stated this in a statement on Monday.
According to Mr Onanuga, the Tinubu government has three equal spokespersons.
The statement lists the three persons as Bayo Onanuga, Sunday Dare and Daniel Bwala.
Onanuga also said President Tinubu has approved the restructuring of his media and communications team.
By this restructuring Mr Sunday Dare is now the Special Adviser, Media and Public Communications; Mr Daniel Bwala is now special adviser Policy Communication and Mr Bayo Onanuga retains his portfolio as the Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy.
“These appointments, along with the existing role of Special Adviser, Information and Strategy , underscore that there is no single individual spokesperson for the Presidency.
Instead, all the three Special Advisers will collectively serve as spokespersons for the government.
This approach aims to ensure effective and consistent communication of government policies, decisions, and engagements”, the statement read in part.
