A former governor of Benue State, Gabriel Suswam has hinted on dumping the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). Suswam, who is a contended for the National Chairman of the PDP issued this threat recently amidst the lingering crises rocking the main opposition party.
Suswam, who is also a former senator who represented Benue North said, “With you people collectively, you people will decide on the way forward.
“If we think there’s an alternative we explore those alternatives. But it will be a collective decision, It will not be my own decision,” he said.
Speaking further, he added, “We will come back here and meet and take a collective decision; if all fails. So let people not treat us as if we are stranded and there are no alternatives. No person is stranded here.”
He further described the embattled National Chairman, Amb Umar Damagum, as the worst leader the PDP has ever produced at the national level.
