Deji Adeyanju Reveals the Whereabouts of Speed Darlington

A popular activist, Deji Adeyanju, has revealed that singer and social media sensation, Darlington Okoye, also known as Speed Darlington, who was said to be missing is being detained by the Nigerian Police Force in Abuja.

According to Adeyanju, Speed Darlington, also known as Akpi was arrested in Lagos last Friday and subsequently transferred to Abuja, where he has remained in detention since.

The Lawyer also confirmed that the arrest was based on a formal complaint from Grammy Award-winning artist, Burna Boy.

Didactic Information Hut recalls that Speed Darlington in a viral video had questioned the authenticity of Burna Boy’s Grammy award and allegedly linked Burna Boy with embattled musician Sean Combs, known as P Diddy or Puff Daddy.

The activist revealed this in a post on his X handle on Tuesday.

Adeyanju in a post on X wrote, “We just spent the last 30mins with Speed Darlington and he narrated how he was arrested in Lagos Friday last week, moved around and eventually brought to Abuja and has been in detention since then. Petition against him was written by Burna Boy, we can confirm.”

Meanwhile, Burna Boy in a cryptic post on x has asked “Who’s missing?”
