Discovery Travel & Tours (DTTL), a one stop travel shop which collaborates with local and international professionals and experienced partners in different industries and organizations in the Nigerian travel industry is recruiting the vacant possible of an Air Ticketing and Reservation Officer.
Job Description
- Providing customer service: Assisting customers with their travel plans, answering their questions, and providing travel suggestions.
- Making reservations: Booking airline tickets, hotel rooms, rental cars, and other travel arrangements for customers.
- Handling inquiries: Addressing customer inquiries about airline regulations, travel policies, and resolving any issues or problems that may arise.
- Managing bookings: Ensuring accurate and timely booking of flights, hotels, and other travel services.
- Coordinating with airlines and other travel providers: Collaborating with airlines, hotels, and other travel providers to secure the best travel options for customers.
- Processing payments: Collecting payments from customers and issuing tickets and receipts.
- Providing travel information: Offering information on flight schedules, travel itineraries, visa requirements, and other relevant travel details.
- Maintaining records: Keeping accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer information.
- Handling cancellations and refunds: Assisting customers with cancellations, changes, and refund requests, following the appropriate procedures.
- Resolving customer complaints: Addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years experience.
