Obio/Akpor LGA Chairman To Give Official Vehicles To Vice Chairman, And 17 Councillors
The Chairman of Obio/Akpor Local Government Area of Rivers State, Chijioke Ihunwo, is set to hand over vehicles to the Vice Chairman and 17 Councillors.
This is part of Mr Ihunwo’s leadership style of empowering his People for greater efficiency.
Didactic Information Hut recalls that while serving as Caretaker Chairman, he had also gifted Cars to members of his then Committee.
Obio/Akpor is the local government of the FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, where He had also become the Chairman.
Hon Ihunwo, a Youth Leader, was an Ally of the FCT Minister, before shifting loyalty to Gov Fubara as the political crises in Rivers State intensified.
